This policy explains what personal data DriveGrid collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone using DriveGrid to buy, sell, or browse vehicles.
Your name and general location (town or city) are shown on your listings so buyers know roughly where a vehicle is. Your exact address, phone number, and email address are never published, and are only shared with another user if you choose to disclose them yourself, for example while arranging a viewing.
We work with third-party providers to run vehicle registration lookups and history checks; only the vehicle details needed for that check are shared with them, not your personal account information.
We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we remove your personal details within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can update most of your details yourself from My Details, or contact us for anything else.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use cookies to sell your data to advertisers.
DriveGrid is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do.
